man2dbk is converter for Unix man pages. It currently handles basic man pages and has eqn and tbl support. man2dbk is written in Python and requires Python 2.0.
Since it is currenlty in pre-alpha there are no formal releases, although CVS access is available. For more information see the SourceForge project page.
